It depends on the length of the flight. When I fly anywhere in Western Europe, window as the flight's not long and the view is cool. If it's transatlantic, I don't want to disturb the people sitting next to me whenever I need to take a slash, but I also don't want to hold it in, so aisle.

Front 1/3. Other than that I don't care as long as I'm not having to share a row of seats with someone fat.
