Trying to out-LAG a LAG: Right play with Q5s?

I'm not quite sure if I played this one right. Villain is agressive and fairly loose; he likes to raise and I've seen him bluff check-raise the river when the 3rd card of a suit hit. He's 38/10/2.1 after 78 hands.

Quick, edit your post and take out what happened after you 3-bet the river. You'll get better responses.

Preflop is marginal at best as I'm worried about the button coldcaller. Everything looks okay up to the river, where I probably shut down and just call her raise. But I can see people arguing a 3-bet here.
