With the greatest of thanks for the original suggestion by Fmonti, I know you will all be delighted to hear that at long last I have managed to set up the HU Match that we've all been waiting for!

Our very own reigning King of the Zoo, Sheriff Fatman, and the reigning World Champion, Greg Raymer, (fossilman), have agreed to play a special one-off Match of the Year at Pokerstars, tomorrow, Friday 21st January 2005, at 9.00pmEST, (2.00am for the UK). It will be NLHE, $100 Buy-in, and Sheriff Fatman has told me that if (when!) he wins, he will be donating the $200 to the Tsunami Fund.

An enormous thank you has to go out to Greg Raymer, as he has been travelling virtually non-stop since before Christmas, when we first started to arrange things, and he is using one of his only three evenings off to show his respect for the achievement of Sheriff Fatman in becoming the 2004 King of the Zoo against some of the most consistently tough opponents on the internet.

Everyone in the Zoo is invited to come along to watch and cheer on the two players. This is the one that all future KOTZ entrants will be talking about and hoping is repeated for them in the years to come, so don't miss it!
