From the posts I've read it seems everyone is doing it and making money but I'm nervous about risking my limited bankroll. Is there a whoring 101 for casinos like Bonuswhores has for poker anywhere?

I know how you feel, I felt the same way, until I started last thursday (the 27th, it's now tues the 2nd). I'm up $886 in that time. I've found it to be virtually risk free.

that site is great if you like out of date information that leads to you playing 30,000 hands of video poker that don't even count toward the bonus

I was worried at first too. It really is a great way to break up alot of poker playing and make some money while you are at it..

I have made over 1000 bucks and I started whoring casinos last month.

Just be very careful when you read the Terms for each site and get as much info about each casino before playing there.

What happens when u don't even know the basics of this games?? Is it still EV+?

Someone will post the link to wizard of odds. You play by the rules they have laid out and it will be +EV.

It is NOT risk free. If you have a limited BR, don't do it.

I have done 3 casinos and am positive overall. One of the sites did not allow BJ play. I played a VP game at around .05 house edge and still busted out buyin + bonus there. Variance can be significant in all games, and particularly in non-BJ.

There ARE some table-game strategies to minimize risk better than my approach.

Intercasino and I think some of the other cryptos ARE risk-free. Deposit $100 (this month, but usually it is $90), then they credit your acct. 100% bonus. Play blackjack (I just bet $5 for 500 hands) according to the chart they provide until you reach the WR (25X) or lose the bonus. Then quit. Any losses come out of the bonus first, so as long as you stop when your bonus is gone, it is truly risk-free. I've done it the last 2 months (ever since they made the bonus too hard to clear at the micros) and won $200-$300 in about 1.5 hours both times. I don't expect to do that well every time, but since I can't LOSE anything, I'll be back every month.
