You have to decide who that is, but pick the grossest person you can think of, and you have to either have bare-back sex with them, or have your significant other's arm get chopped off.

The scenario is some crazy creepy guy gets off on this sort of thing, and insists that you do it while he watches. For the sake of the poll, you can't get an STD from this.

Oh also, the person you're with is someone important to you, not just some fling.

If my girlfriend voted for chopping off my arm, she'd be so dumped. If she had sex with some gross dude, she'd be so dumped. And if I had sex with some disgusting wench, I'd have nightmares.
