Heads up, push every hand

You get heads up, and your opponent starts pushing every single hand with you having a slight chip lead.
What hand range do you push if first to act?
Any hand you limp or raise pflop he pushes.
What hand range do you call with?

How viable is this strategy? If it ends the tourney much faster on average, you are able to start another one.
How much do you give up/gain by doing this (assume you are a 60/40 dog to his likely calling range).
I'd think you should be able to calculate it, but maybe there are too many variables.

This question is unanswerable without knowing stack/blind sizes.

a) silly things like stack depths are pretty important here.
b) if he's pushing every hand why would you have to assume you're likely behind every time?

you might want to do a search, or read a book.

i'm too lazy right now to tell yo what book to read or what to search for.
