Chip color question - Don\'t laugh to loud.
 

I'd like to know the standard colors and denminations for chips. I know white = $1, red =$5, green =$25 and black =$100, but what are the colors and denominations above that.

What's the standard solor for a $500 chip, $1,000 chip and $5,000 chip? I'm going to buy a chip set and I really don't know what the commonly used colors are.

It depends where. Even the denominations you list have a lot of variation. Atlantic City has regulatory required colors, but nowhere else does. Even so, common colors are $500 = purple and $1,000 = yellow.
