You should have at least 25-30% in foreign markets. It doesn't look like you own any REIT's, I would make that aboutat least 5% of my portfolio as well.

Is this easy to do through an online broker like Scottrade? I myself am 100% invested in US markets. I do have real estate investments to counterbalance them, however.

Yes there is an Ishrae ETF for about every country you might want to invest in. Visit Ishares.com for a complete list.

Check out MDY (S&P mid-cap) and RDY (equal weighting S&P 500) - as alternatives to your Russell iShares.

Rather than on a per country basis, you should just get a couple broad index funds, like an emerging markets or developing markets fund.

you do your aggressive investing in poker. with that money invest conservatively. buy individual stocks you know something about.
soon you will have your own mutual fund without expenses and someone churning the stocks for political reasons to attract more investors using your money for advertising.
buy some realestate. and invest in a business you control and are willing to do some work and one thats enjoyable to you.
thats the way to make it.
good luck.

Ray,

Being a TAG in poker and investing is far more lucrative than being weak tight or worse, in both cases.

This advice is too generic. The idea is to get very good at something and stick with it. Those who do well are those who wholeheartedly enjoy what they're doing.
