did i do the right thing in this situation?

hey everyone,

I was at a local casino with a field of over a 100 players. I would say that I am still a beginer but better than most that show up to these tourneys. Last night I was the chip leader by one chip. I was pumped up to over 5000 in tournament chips. The guy in second was at my table. Here is what happend: I was in the small blind for for $50 just being dealt AKh(best starting hand I had seen all night) 2 players to the left of the big blind fold then seat 7 raises to 600 seat 8 calls 9 folds seat 10 calls then its foled to me I move all in. Everyone called that is seat 7,8 and 10. generaly these tourneys are very lose especially at this stage. Seat 7 had KK while seat 8 had 66 and 10 had AJo. I ended up being busted when no ace fell. Was it correct for me to move all in or should I have seen the flop or folded??

thanks.

All-in is pretty risky since you most probably are behind or at best at a coin flip against at least one of the hands...and you are in no rush to get more chips, so you could easily wait for a better chance. Especially when the chip 2nd is also in the pot.
I think i would have to muck that one and wait for another chance..youre out of position with multiple opponents so the risks are huge.
