I assume the sample sizes are sufficient. UTG doesn't seem to be a complete idiot, so what does he coldcall a dry flop with, that he limped UTG? 77, 55, A5s?, A7s?.. How about an A + big kicker? Not very likely. The pot is not very big and we are often drawing dead to a longshot split. So yea, save your money and check/fold.

Yea, sample size was about 250 hands. I don't think a tight player like this limps Axs UTG, but his cold call on the flop certainly seems to represent a strong hand and I do think AQ/AJ is a pretty strong possibility.

EDIT: personally I think this laydown seems easy...
