So I\'m running a marathon on Sunday
 

In Louisville. Course is mostly flat and along the river.

This is the first one I'll have run since Boston in '02 and number 15 overall.

7 years and probably 40 lbs ago I ran NYC in 2:48. With lots of beer/Makers Mark, half hearted training, and a 20 miler 3 weeks ago that felt like the Bataan Death March, I'm gonna be really lucky to finish, let alone in the 4 hour timeframe I've set for myself. Any other OOTers ever run one? Well, wish me luck.

My son finished the Twin Cities marathon on Oct 2. I'm now training to run with him next year.

I used to be a good runner, but the past few years I've only run to the front door of Old Country Buffet. [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

So I've got my work cut out...
