Blind Defense, flop top pair...turn & river are overcards...
 

Villian is loose pre-flop, normal aggression and a bit on the passive side postflop.

My main concern is my play at the river.

Nicky I think its somewhere between check/call and check/fold depending on villian. But I really don't see any reason to bet here your not folding a better hand and I can't imagine a worse hand calling unless this guy has small pockets and thinks your full of it. The rest of the hand is super standard.
