Heads-Up Against a Loose Passive

Dealt Q3s in the SB.

Folds to me. I complete. BB checks.

Flop is 773r.

I bet. BB calls.

Turn is another 7.

I bet. BB raises...

What should I do? What range of hands should I put him on (neglecting quads)?

Against a true LP, you are crushed. Against a standard retard, he's valuebetting A hi. You can't really narrow a range here ans he could have literally anything (including Tarot cards.)

So folding is the only sensible option?

You could river a Q if you want to.

I dislike the message you send him by folding, but there's not very many BBs in the pot, so it won't hurt too much to let it go.
