Sniffing for files on a website

What software would I use to find all the files on a website?

On a completely unrelated note, if you're looking for software to download streaming video from websites:

(I haven't virus scanned it, though.)

Do you want to grab all the files (vs. enumerate them)? wget is what I normally use to mirror a site. Here is a link to the Windows version.
