Gaming club support.. neteller issue
 
Is there any VIP support at gaming club? Or at least any that responses in a decent time.

I made a deposit via Neteller there, it said there was a error connecting neteller and request couldn't be done.
I log in to neteller and see the moneys are gone anyway, but nothing has came to GC account.. emailed the support and explained situation, been 6 hours now and no answer.
Very annoying, just began playing there and not so good first impression.

This exact same thing happened to me the last time I played at the Gaming Club - which was way back around January for the promotion they had going on then. I called their support on the phone and they fixed it very quickly. Talking to someone on the phone is always much better than trying to use e-mail in all of these customer support issues.

OK think i'll call them tomorrow, as they still haven't answered my email. I just hate speaking over the phone with bad english, and wish these things could be done by email.

UPDATE
 
It's now been over 24hours after the first email, and still no answer.
I even tried to call them, but no-one answered there either.

I'm not worried about them trying to scam me(what would be their point anyway), but could be nice to get my dollars.

I PM:d the GamingClub guy here let's see if he bothers to answer..

Finally got this issue solved.. I called them again this time someone answered. Just gotta say I thought I speak bad english, but most of the time I had to ask him repeat twice what he said.
I think the support is from South Africa..

Well the moneys are now anyway on my GC account, happy ending.

Sorry we couldn't reply earlier, we aren't online over the weekends. Your deposit should have hit your account on Saturday just after 11AM GMT. Please let us know if you didn't see it.
