are there any books on nl cash games .... how different is a nl cash game from a nl tournament ...

Although not mentioned in the FAQ, Harrington on Hold'em vol 1 is a great read. Although written for tournaments, IMO 90% of it can easily be adapted for cash games. (Vol 2 is much more tourney-specific.) I preferred it to the Cloutier and Reuben/Ciaffone books as it is more thorough and analytical.
