PGC next beta Release - Hand Filter
 

This is the first beta version for the next edition.

It has so many bug fixes and feature improvements from the last version I cannot list them all, but here are the main ones:

- PostgreSQL support (this needs testing)
- Hand filters:http://www.supload.com/thumbs/default/filters.PNG
(needs testing)

Currently I am not at home, so I am having trouble accessing the net and I haven't even had the chance to test this on another computer yet, so I'm not sure if some of the new features (mainly the PostgreSQL support) is going to work.

The installer can be found here. If and when you find bugs, please make a thread in this forum, so I can keep track of new bugs and know when I have them resolved.

If you have feature requests (additional filters you want, etc), please post them here.

I havent tested this too much in depth; however, the postgres support appears to be working great.

I am still having trouble when uploading to PG where the stats are incorrect. I believe you mentioned this being a bug with all-ins in NL? Could you please investigate and fix?

Other than that everything looks great. When I have more time to beta test, I'll get back with any other problems...

Major problem should be fixed, give it a rumble. The problem was in PG and not PGC, so no redownload is necessary.

Nope, I'm still getting a major discrepency with the stats. I'm 100% certain the problem is with PGC and not PG because if I gzip all of my hand history files together and upload to the PG server the numbers are correct. They are only incorrect if I import using PGC...

Well the last "bug" I fixed was just a small issue relating to how PG could not handle certain things that PGC did. I fixed the problem in PG even though it was caused by PGC.

So I guess there is something else. Can you tell me which stats are different, or is it all of them?

Any comments on the hand filters? Any more you would like to see, anything not working?

It all works fine, and I like the filters. The only thing else I would ask for would be a filter that recognizes when hero gets check-raised. I realize this is kinda tricky to program, however.

Alright, I think I fixed that bug. It only affected the anonymized hand histories, but since that is the whole reason for PGC, I can see how that would be a problem.

Try the new verison, .81, found at the same link above (or here, .81 )
