PP playthrough after player transfer?

Anyone know how many hands have to be played after transferring to another player before cashing out? eg. Say $1,500 is transferred to an empty acct that hasn't been used for a while, and I want to withdraw that $1,500 to my bank account... how many hands should I play before this cashout will be approved without setting off any alarm bells.

does this apply to gift certificates as well? and one last question, is this listed anywhere in the terms and conditions or did you figure this out from experience.
