Not completely true. The FBI does counter-intelligence activities overseas.

Sounds like a conspiracy to me. And if i know what's what, and I think I do, it has something to do with oil. As you know, Dick Cheney blah blah blah Saudi oil company blah blah blah Iraqi oil blah blah blah. It's so obvious!
