how do you adjust for this interesting table?

i think it's obvious that this table deserves a special approach but i couldn't really seem to figure out how to handle that guy on my right. also it's worth mentioning that i saw him call down with stuff like T9o on AKK33 although later into the session he started to fold a little bit more liberally.
