This is such a stupidly good idea for a prop bet.

Does it count if it gets annulled? This seems like a pretty fair bet, but I don't read People magazine or anything.

Bet is paid off as soon as one of them is legally married (regardless of length of marriage or future anullment).

Anyone care to elaborate further on why Mary Kate is leading the poll? I agree that most junkees end up marrying some trashy dude, but I think this is mostly driven by money. Since Mary Kate has so much money, I can't believe she would latch onto anyone to help fund her habit. I also think that there is potential that Mary Kate will OD and kick the bucket. In that case, Ashley is a virtual lock.
