White Elephant Gift - Suggestions?

Our department (like 20 people, 50/50 men and women) is doing a "white elephant" gift exchange with a price limit of around $25. Suggestions?

Note: This is a pretty corporate office. Apparently these are not supposed to be "gag gifts".

Then this is not a white elephant.

Costco gift basket. There's a bunch of them that are $25 or under.

Alternately, get a gag gift anyway. Life's too short.

OT - Yeah, I thought the whole point to "white elephant" was that it was a bunch of gaggy / retarded gifts. Apparently, not for my department.

Great suggestion,
-Al

In practice a white elephant is a decorative item that you would just as soon see decorating someone else's house or a gadget that does something you don't need done. I would go for any doo-dad made by Thomas Kinkade (or indeed any sort of figurine or vase) or useless kitchen gadget like a salad spinner. Think of some household item your mother would donate to a church or school rummage sale that someone else would actually buy.

My friends did a white elephant thing recently, my girl and I scored:

I am also under the impression that white elephant gift exchanges are gag gifts. You may want to find out before you buy anything I guess. Anytime I have done this, it has always been gag gifts.
