blind defense--scary river

I figure I should learn how to post a hand one of these days, so here goes:

CO is 28/22/2.3, Button is unknown.

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Preflop: Hero is BB with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
2 folds, CO raises, Button calls, 1 fold, Hero calls.

Flop: (6.33 SB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero checks, CO checks, Button bets, Hero raises, CO folds, Button calls.

Turn: (5.16 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, Button calls.

River: (7.16 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks

I c/r the flop because that's what I do in the BB. I don't want to either call or fold to a river raise, so I figured that I would check/call. Should I be bet/folding? I don't see what worse hands will call as my play screams out that I have a naked king or maybe 44 or 66.

I bet the river. He's more likely to have a K or a 6 or 55-88. If you check he checks behind, but he'll bet an ace or a good king so you don't save money either way, but by betting you get value when you have him beat. Getting raised would suck, but I think he bluffs more than the 10% needed to warrant a call.

I bet/call. You're playing him anyway when he has you beat. Make him pay you when he doesn't. I would call a river raise, but it's pretty close I think. Bet/fold isn't terrible.

I agree, I think this is a pretty good bluff/raising card.

There's some missed draws out there too. I would lean more toward fold if that 6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] on the flop was say an 8 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

I def bet the river, and probably fold to a raise. I don't know if a 3/6 unknown bluff raises river often enough, but I don't play this game so maybe he does. A handful of worse hands will call here, pocket pairs, worse Kx, a 6, etc. Of those hands, only worse Kx will likely bet if you check the river.
