im tryingt o give them another chance by coming back and to take advatage of the great deposit bonus they are running.

I have downloaded, installed, cleared cache, history, disabled virus pretection, firewalls, u name it. But their gaddamn install program wont run on ANY of my 3 computers. I've done everything support has asked me to do but now i am treating all this wasted time as a sunk cost.

Don't repeat my mistake.

I give up, their software is the pits, and i never have these kind of issues when dealing with other sites.

I haven't had a problem with their software yet. I've been running it for two weeks on a high-end machine with XP, FWIW.

i repeatetly get an error message that some file blah blah is not a win32.app. very retro. there have been several other threads of this nature. one reply was to get in touch with the affiliate. no thanks, it aint worth it.

i too am on a high end machine.

A friend of mine got Poker Room to work long enough to make a deposit, then was NEVER able to get it to work ever again.

thats exactly the probolem i am geting...on 3 machines...one of them not even 2 months old top of the line....

I have new XP machine, and have periodic problems, like tables dissapearing.
