why did party bother to make 9 max 10/20 tables?

it seems like such a small difference compared to full ring games. also do you find that the 9 max games are signifigantly better than the full ring 10/20 games? thanks.

I found the 9-max 1/2 games to be looser then the full games back when I played that. Does this apply to games that are 10 times the stacks? I doubt it.
