He seems pretty tight and there's not much besides a Jack or a heart draw he could be raising on this flop.

If he's got a Jack he's probably going to check-raise your punk ass, and he's probably not calling a bet with a busted flush draw.

If he was looser I would say bet and fold to a check-raise, but since he's so tight I think checking behind is okay.
