NETeller error.
 

When I try to log in to my NETeller account there appear a page that says:


"An error has been encountered

The account you are trying to log into has been closed due to certain circumstances. Please call the following number:

00.800.7767.6343 (press option 0 and then option 1)

You may email support@neteller.com to contact our Customer Support Staff.

We apologize for any inconvenience."


The number I've been trying to call doesn't seem to be valid. I sent email them though. Just few hours ago. I just would like to know when everything is coming back to normal if never if someone here who knows could enlighten me about this issue.

I had the same thing happen to me. I couldn't call to the number so I asked for another in the live chat and that one worked. The whole issue got resolved by calling to the number. They just wanted to verify my identity or something. So after I called there they called me on the number I gave when I registered and that was it. My account got opened and the deposit I made there just before it got closed was there.

Your account has been locked out for some reason. Is this a new account? I know they will do this if you )or someone) tries to access your account from an IP address that is not your regular IP address.

Are you calling from outside North America?

00800 7767 6343 is their toll free number from much of Europe.

1 403 233 9466 is their regular number for their office in Canada. You'll pay long distance on this though.

Yeah this can happen for a few reasons. If you only recently started using Neteller they require speaking to you on the phone via them calling you on the number you gave, before you get full functionality like cashouts and deposits above a certain figure.

Also I have attempted to access my account from outside of the country of my registered address before and my account was blocked right away. They really are touchy with the security stuff.

As long as everything is legit on your side of things you'll be fine though.

I've used neteller to fund a poker account from different computers several times and never had any problems or (security concerns).

Happened the other day (new account). Mailed em saying what's up?, they just sent me my login details back again and I could log in fine.

Locked again now. Will bell em tomorrow meh.
