I am not necessarily saying it was a good play, but there was 5 in the pot and villain had 13 left.

I'm not neccesarily saying it was a bad play, but I think you could accomplish the same goal for much less. I believe if he's going to fold he would do it for 6 and in the event he doesn't fold you still see both cards only much cheaper. JMO
