Party Time Bank
 

This is a question concerning the time bank that pops up by the dealer on the Party Poker software.

I have a table skin installed from pokermods, not sure if that is important or not.
The Time bank option (in SNGS and tournies) will only display with about 2-3 seconds left from my original bank. Sometimes, it dosent even show up.

Is this a software glitch? Or is this normal?? Also, is there any way to change it?
