PLO8 50 - Anyone raise river to get High hand to fold?
 

..to get a better high to fold? I was very sure the bettor on the river had the nut low, and that there was a chance I could get the guy who bet the flop to fold if I made a raise, as he just check/called the turn. Should I have had some balls and just repotted or the minraise is ok? Eh, probably neither, but I do think I saved myself a quarter. Nah, I'm just a donk, and am results-oriented [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

Actually, I like the change up. Not how I would play it usually, so I guess that keeps them guessing.

Scare card comes on the river and you put in the raise after playing passively the whole way. I like it.

Just don't do it a lot.

And remember, you will not get a chance to bluff against these players for a long time because they will see your cards at showdown...so bring the tickets until the tables turns over.
