So I deposit $100 and need to wager $1600 to get a free $100? Does the $100 immediately go into your account and you can't cash out until you hit $1600 or is the $100 credited only after you hit the $1600 mark?

When you deposit you get the bonus added immediately, then need to play the required amount before cashing out.
