You can always check the turn and hope he's on the Club Draw and hits, and then lead out on the river.

First, I'd bet a smidge more on the flop.

Then, I'd bet a smidge more on the turn.

This is one of the few times a turn check or smallish bet is ok. You do it hoping the strait or flush comes on river. If it does come on river I bet out hoping to get re-raised by the flush or strait for a monster pot.
