GT-One seat always missing stats

All of a sudden I never get Game Time stats on one seat only, on any table. All other seats at the tables show their stats. I even re-installed the program but no luck. Did I turn that seat off somehow?

there is a known fix for this posted over on pokertracker main forum.on my new laptop so can't find link now
