I'm not folding this anywhere.

I like just calling the flop 3-bet because:

his PF cap most likely means AKs/Ako/AA/KK/JJ (or maybe QQ) given his 8% raise.

I feel that if we cap, he might fold AK on the turn, but if we call he will continue firing his LAG barrel. If he has AA or KK we lose a little less. If he has JJ we miss a SB but I think more often than not it would be better just to call down after the 3-bet.

JEM,
I would have capped the flop and called down if he led into me on the turn. If anything I think you should have lost more. I don't really play 5/10 though.
