Is Party VIP club the only way to get rakeback for existing players?

If you already have an account at Party, is the VIP the only way to get anything resembling rakeback? Are there any other options?

Officially there is no RB on Party regardless of if you have an existing account or not. So offically the only way to get RB is through the VIP offers.

It is however possible to get Party approved incentives plans for signing up for a new account.
