TBS Funniest Commercials- Partypoker.COM?
 

Obviously, all the Party commercials advertise the .net part, but on this special tonight, the one they showed had it as Partypoker.com. Anyone see a potential legal problem brewing here? Incidentally, it was probably the funniest 'bad poker face' commercial I've seen if anyone wants to find it.

they do some as dot-net and others as dot-com.

It's up to the television station whether they want to air one or the other.

I doubt there will be any legal issue.



I didn't see the whole show...but my favorite commercial is the Nextel one with the guys in the office dancing to Push It.

I was trying to explain to my GF who hasn't seen it yet and even tried to SHOW her the dance (she already thinks I'm retarded so that's okay).


There's a very good chance that I'm going to look at this commercial over and over.
I can't stop laughing even though I've seen it on the tube roughly 328 times.

don't know if it was shown on the TBS program or not...but there was an ESPN commercial for the Spelling Bee with the various kids spelling out P-R-E-S-S-U-R-E to David Bowie's Under Pressure (a different kid for each letter)


The last kid giving the final E was definitely the funniest commercial moment of the year.

The funniest has to be the new one that talks about how safe and secure the site is, while the mechanic is shuffling the deck and turning over cards in a pre-arranged order with messages on them.

Thanks to TIVO, I don't watch commericals. Except for this one! The part that still has me laughing is that these three guys are dancing to "Push It" very suggestively with no women in the room ! They act so annoyed at the other guy who has the nerve to break up their steller dance moves with a job update - that has me laughing too.

My wife has seen the commercial so when I bust out the same moves she just rolls her eyes - not sure what that means.

Although, I've been tempted to imitate this in my classroom during the class changes - anyone want to take bets of me losing my job if I tried? [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

I caught the end of that show and was glad to see that the Nextel commercial made the cut. I've always liked that one.

And I was also happy to see the Dr. Pepper commercial at #2. Definitely one of the more creative, funny commercials I've seen.
