Which site should I start at???

I have $200 to start with. Ive played for a long time and consistently beat the .5/1 limit games, I've run into trouble when I went into NL but now I'm determined to do this right, so I'm going to play .25/.5 limit games. I want to bonus whore but I have no idea which site to start at. I can't start at Pokerstars or Party Poker. I was thinking either Absolute or Paradise or Hollywood. Any suggestions would really help me out.

Same answer as always. Boss Media. You can do 3 sites, $100 bonus each, microlimits allowed. Minimal risk to your roll.

Now do a search for the details.

Re: Which site should I start at???

Well, Paradise is a good one that clears quickly except it would pretty much require your entire $200 BR to clear the bonus. In order to build your roll quickly I would check out Bet365. First deposit bonus of $50 on $100 deposit. It's 5 raked hands per $1 in bonus so it clears pretty quickly, even at .25/.5. They are kind of temperamental sometimes about cashing out at Bet365, only once every 4 weeks for free. But that should be a quick $50.

Then I would try Golden Riviera (another Prima Skin) for another quick bonus $50 on a $50 deposit.

After that you would have a large enough roll to proceed to the Paradise or Hollywood bonuses. Paradise will clear much more quickly at .25/.5 but Hollywood offers good bonuses for lower limit players. Make sure to sign up through Bonus Whores for the best bonuses at Hollywood. http://www.bonuswhores.com/hollywood-poker.php

Absolute wouldn't clear very quickly at .25/.5. They just changed their rake structure and you'd only get "raked hands" towards the bonus (100 for every $10) for a pot of at least $10.

After that you should have enough to start knocking out the Party bonuses and ex-Party skin bonuses (Empire).

Anyway, hope that helps.

Make sure you understand the limits at which hands get counted as "raked." I've never played at the Boss sites myself but I also see them mentioned frequently.

I think Absolute recently changed their raked hand terms for the worse and some Prima sites won't count raked hands when playing at less than 1/2 limits. I think at .25/.5 pots have to reach $5 at Paradise before they count.

I wouldn't think of touching Hollywood until you can play 2/4 or higher because they do a point system that sucks for players at .25/.5.

On the micro limit Boss NL tables the pot has to reach a
dollar and you have to contribute to the pot to get
a raked hand! Bad software bad players and if you can
whole your own and the tables you should come out ahead
plus make the bonus money!

You should start by not ending a sentence with a preposition.

After that, try paradise.

Total Poker, Casino.net, and Sportingbet. You'll want to play microlimits, .05/.10 (5 max) if you can, limp most hands. Pot will almost always reach $1, decent players can do well plus $100 a site.

Don't do Total Poker they changed their deal to 1000
hands instead of 500!
