calling when 3rd flush card hits and raised

how often is this correct for one bet? it seems dumb in retrospect. it's amazing how bad MP played here, his only hope was runner runner flush.

you're posting WAY too many hands at once

this is extremely standard - you can't fold this for 1 bet on the river at .50/1 with no read

he means you're posting too many hands in the forum. This isn't even a interesting hand...you played it fine, he's an idiot...so what.

back door flushes - Calling a raise on river usually fine(Infact dont fear the flush, fear 2pair or set more often mate or hit Str8 depending on board).

Turn - More likly to have one, However against unknowns the pot size is the consideration(Aswell as any draws to beat flush obviously).

Just today on 4J768 board vs my AJo i had a guy raise me on the turn, Now this completes a flush and a straight but i thought he didn't hold it due to having seen some strange raises/folds on turn/River from him already.

i called downt o see him flip QTo over.

Reads are so important, As said try to not spam the forum up as it means other posts get moved off the front page

You are betting for value. Its possible he has a slowplayed worse king. If he hit the flush, good for you. You have a chip bleeding player at your table.

yeah, that's what i figure. i just wonder if it is ever bad to bet/fold, say if the pot is pretty small. guess not.

Into a passive guy which you have a good read on it can be good.

Re: calling when 3rd flush card hits and raised

he has to be UBER passive to make this laydown. Like 1000 of hands in the DB. You have to remember, even passive players can make [censored] moves. I've seen AA slowplayed till the river and the passive guy caps me with a 4 straight on the board when i have the nuts. The more you play vs bad players, the more you'll almost fall out of your chair laughing at the some of the moves people try.
