When I had a 24 hour session my kk was my biggest loser. kk vs AA 3 times, got set 2 more times [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]. Just try to remember when your on the other side of those things.

I 3bet one of them, got called by a relative unknown, and went broke on a T-high flop. One of them, I reraised and a semi-maniac 3bet all-in and I called. The other was the hand I posted earlier (the Q72r flop).

righto, because for a long time i've been pondering the chances my opponent has AA when he 3-bets preflop when you have KK (thus reducing his chances of having KK)

my gut tells me >50%, but who knows

this probably sounds pedantic but the key here is to not remember how many time you won or lost with kk in a day. perhaps that is even the key to happiness.

Well, duh, its not like I'm pissed off about it. I was just looking over some hands from my play today and, in sorting by amount lost, my top 3 losers were all KK vs. AA. I looked back at the total number of KK's I had and there were 6 total. Out of curiosity, I looked at my AA hands for the day and I got AA 5 times, won all 5 times but only saw one flop and won a smallish pot on a scary board the 5th time (yay, AA winrate 100% for the day)

It was just an interesting, somewhat rare situation.

statistically improbable events are nevertheless, certainties, "in the long run." That doesn't mean you can't be pissed off at them. Be pissed man, KK getting smoked 3 times in one session sucks!

I had a 100 hand session where I got AA 3 times, got it all in 3 times preflop, was against KK 3 times, and lost 3 times.

Now THAT was a statistical anomaly.
