Poker NOW is back?

I was watching the WPT this morning and saw a commercial for pokernow.net. Before this, whenever I tried to go to their website, well, the website didn't exist. However, it is now back up and with Commerical Advertising could they be back to a regular party skin? How long until I can finalllly get rake back on a party skin?

I don't think PokerNow ever left, they are basically PartyPoker, not a skin.
