Every time TJ Cloutier talks, I swear it looks like his lower mouth is going to fall off. Did he chew a lot of tobacco in his life?

I think I remember reading somewhere that he broke his jaw a long time ago playing football or in a fight.

he had a stroke, often when people have strokes they lose some movement to one side of the body, sometimes the mouth.
