I've used that vendor before and they're service is good but they're $4 more (factoring in shipping) than caragails.

Yeah, chessset is a great vendor, and their service is great. Unfortunately for chessset, you're unlikely to need service with Copags, since their QC is so good. I ordered some KEMs from chessset and the backs were inconsistently colored to the point where I considered them unusable for poker, and they sent me a Copag setup immediately as a replacement.
