PFR (6max -50NL/100NL) : 4BB vs 4BB+1BB/limper?

My PFR has been always 4BB. Am I making a mistake, it seems easier when you multitable to raise the same amount

4BB+ 1 for each limper greatly reduces the implied odds of multiway pots.

Really stupid question?

When you count the number of limpers do you include SB and BB to? (I gusess not)
