Problem with Poker Tracker.. will not load hands
 

Hi

Just innstalled Poker Tracker. Started to play at Caribbean Sun a couple of days ago, but i cant get the hands loaded!

This is the message i get when i select the "Auto import crypto logic hand histories" (and yes, I have selcted the right folder to import from [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] ):

Success - The import was a success! - 1,406 file(s) read - 0 new hand(s) were imported.

Anyone know what im doing wrong?

sounds like you haven't registered. If that's the case, PT will only import 1k hands in trial mode.

well it is registrated.. no hands are imported, and this is so frustrating... dont have any idea about whats going on..

Hi,

I had a simillar problem when I first downloaded the trial version of PT. It turned out that since I had Win98 installed I had to alter the time settings from Swedish to the settings for US. After that PT imported the hands without trouble.

There is News on the site about something that needs to be downloaded with reagard to your problem. Did you take the time to read it?

Also does anyone know where there is a quick-start guide for Noobs, I cant make heads or tails of this thing, a link would be seet please, thanx and Happy Holidays to you All!
