pad thai = brutal
 

I usually get massoman chicken curry, but my mom said it was too unhealthy and wouldnt let me get it [img]/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img]

So my dad and I split 2 dishes: drunken noodle and pad thai

I had the pad thai first and it = the suck. honestly, what's the hype around this crap, i hated it.

drunk noodle is alright, but very spicy. too spicy

i normally love getting thai, but tonight and VERY disappointed.

Hahahaha. I saw the title, and the first thing that came into my mind was "pad thai = the suck". Seriously. If you want a good thai noodle, pad see ew is definitely the way to go.

It's a flat noodle. Very good with beef. I heart Thai food.

Another suggestion is the massoman curry. It is semi-spicy, not really too much that you need to take a drink every 3 seconds, and is very good.

yeah i've had it all. i eat thai twice/week usually. pad see ew is my favorite though, so that's why was freaking out when GoT mentioned it.

The quality of the Thai food is going to greatly depend on the quality of the Thai restruant. I've had Pad Thai that was vomit inducing, and I've also had Pad Thai that was excellent. Don't give up on Pad Thai so easily. Try it somewhere else before you fully condemn it.
