Botched hand, what do you do here?

So I am one of the lower stacks, 10 players left here out of a 180 person tourny. I have taken the blinds or hands down on the flop from the BB the last 3-4 times they came around. So whats your play here? Do you push with your 14 outs or fold and wait for a better spot to get the money in.

Also I should of raised preflop/pushed the flop but since I didn't, whats your flop play.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t800 (5 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

MP (t23338)
Button (t30732)
Hero (t14785)
BB (t43302)
UTG (t15017)

Preflop: Hero is SB with Jh, Qd.
3 folds, Hero completes, BB checks.

Flop: (t1400) Ts, 6h, 9d (2 players)
Hero bets t1800, BB raises to t12800, hero?

Now looking at it it seems to be an easy fold and I botched this hand badly. I usually take time to make a decision but must of got ansy and rushed on this one.

I'm far from an expert, but from the stack amounts shown, it looks like you need to make a move at some point to get into position to fight for first. An all-in move could have won the pot right there, which would have almost doubled your stack. even if Villian calls, your open ender gives you a respectable chance to win, plus pairing either of your cards could win it as well. I probably would have pushed all in (and probably missed and gotten knocked out!)
