BR For a Baby NL Game
 

So I have three questions and hopefully you guys can help.

1. Whats the right BR for a 1/2 blind 100 Max NL game?

2. Whats the right BR for a 1/1/2 blind 100 Max NL game with 4 to see the flop?

3. What is the the pertange chance(if it is possible to calculate this) of my risk of ruin first starting out playing 2 and then what for playing game 2 if I start with just a grand?(Assuming I can beat the game in the long run, which I am confident that I can)

I'd say you need AT LEAST 40 bucks...Just kidding...Given how soft most live NL games are, while not "set for life" or "swing-proof", a grand should do the trick if it's 100 MAX

I think one of the reasons why you need a good bankroll for NL play is so you do not adjust your game to fit your bankroll. If you are on a short roll you might fear putting all your chips in the center on the table even when you are getting the best of it. If you have a deep roll you will take advantage of good situations.

Now naturally I am not saying that you should play looser when you have a larger roll, but a lot of people that are short roller played scared and that is not a good way to play.
