What type of player is he, what hands has he shown to this point, and what's the stage of the tourney? It's an easy call, you're getting 5-1 and if you're behind, a [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] diamond will improve your hand to the nuts.

How would everyone play it if they missed a diamond on the turn?

Ok just making sure my push wasn't too aggressive. He called with 22 I was gone.

Nothing wrong with a push there. A very similar hand came up in the WSOP last year. Lederer flopped top set against Doyle's two overcards and flush draw. Doyle moved all-in (and got called.) Unfortunately for Lederer he was outdrawn.

The hand was not similar at all. Doyle opened the pot with KsTs. Lederer called from the BB. Flops comes 7 high with 2 spades, lederer checks, doyle pushes lederer calls.

For this hand- I like a call- then a check raise all in on any turn card. If he has AJ or a random suited ace you are just going to scare him away by pushing here.
