..or are they separately owned entities?

Coral is a UK company. In addition I have started to see Empire Poker adverts in UK football (soccer for those in the US) grounds.

I assume therefore that all are not owned by Party.

Trick question... iGlobalMedia, the backbone to the Party network, recently changed their name to Party-something-or-other, planning on going public with that. All skins are owned by this Party-something-or-other backbone, but not Party Poker.
