What does extending a tracker do?
 

Does it just allow you to use the tracker for an extended period? Why not just create a new one? Thanks.

it extends the bonus portion of the tracker; the tracker should always work for you, but the bonus won't after 90 days unless you extend it

If your bonus code expires and someone uses the code to signup, you will not get credit for the player.
If you only use the tracker# for banners, etc., then it doesn't matter. If you have many trackers, it helps to manage them if they have codes.

all it takes is one click to extend them another 90 days, and you do not have to change any banners or codes etc.

no reason to let them expire. it takes longer to create new codes, and the old ones can be extended an infinite number of times.

I looked for the extend option, but I could'nt find it. It makes sense to just extend the bonus code.

when a tracker is within 10 days of expiring, you will get an email. when you get the email, the next day go to your list of registered trackers.

directly above the date that the tracker expires, there will be a little, clickable "extend". moosh that, and you are good for another 3 months.
